Avoluna is a private aviation concierge service based in Geneva. We help clients arrange private jet charter, aircraft management support, VIP ground services, empty leg opportunities, and tailored travel coordination.

We may decline a request where suitable aircraft are unavailable, operational requirements cannot be met, information is incomplete, or the request is not appropriate for our services.
Pricing for private aviation services varies based on aircraft type, route, timing, passenger requirements, airport handling, ground services, availability, and any special requests. Quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis.
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation conditions, and any additional charges will be set out in the relevant proposal, booking confirmation, or service agreement. Additional costs may apply for itinerary changes, waiting time, de-icing, repositioning, catering, ground transfers, permits, or other operational requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details, route information, travel dates, documentation, luggage information, and any special requirements needed to arrange the service. You must ensure all passengers comply with applicable travel, passport, visa, customs, health, and security requirements.
We handle client information, travel details, and passenger data with care and discretion. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some information may need to be shared with aircraft operators, airport handling teams, ground transport providers, authorities, or other service partners to arrange and operate your journey.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts specified in the relevant agreement or, where no agreement applies, by the appropriate courts for Avoluna’s registered place of business.
